Welcome to LSU Yoga Society!

We hold 3 professionally instructed classes a week in 3 diffrent yoga styles to suit everyone's needs! We also run trips to discover other kinds of yoga throughout the year as well as getting togeter for all kinds of socials to bring the community together.

 

Monday – 2pm-3.30pm - Ashtanga yoga (Taught by Paul)

Wednesday – 1.15-2.45 pm - Hatha yoga (Taught by Paul)

Friday – 4.30-6pm - Power Flow yoga (Taught by Ryan)

These are all held in the William Morris Dance Studio!
