Welcome to Loughborough Sikh Society!
Sikh Society here at Loughborough is all about community. Our society is aimed to bring Sikh students together on and off campus. Sikh Society is a place for friendship, support and enjoyment. Throughout the year we organise various different religious and social events for society members to get involved in. This is a great way to make friends, socialise and meet people of similar backgrounds to you.
Previous events have included trips to the Gurdwara on occasions such as Diwali and Gurpurab, trips to Nottingham and Leicester for meals/bowling, movie nights, along with fornightly trips to the Gurdwara for Langar and Sewa.
The society is also involved in a charity event called 'Dil Se' - this is an event hosted by Loughborough's Hindu, Asian, Tamil and Sikh Societies. The charity put forward by Sikh Soc is Khalsa Aid. Click here to find out more about Dil Se.
If you would like to get involved and stay up to date with all the upcoming Sikh Society events please ensure that you purchase your membership by logging in with your university details and following the instructions.
