The emphasis of the society is to provide a platform for members to exchange their ideas and experiences of their own training regimes, supplements and diet plans.  

Other benefits the Loughborough Fitness & Wellbeing society can provide are:

·       Using the extensive connections from within the Loughborough alumni group, there is the opportunity to invite guest speakers from within the sporting industry to give talks on their own experiences.

·       Guest speakers could offer tips, from their specific fitness and wellbeing programmes, to interested Loughborough students who are seeking to improve and reach their target standards in their chosen sports.

·       Loughborough sportsmen and sportswomen could gain insights into the fitness and wellbeing programmes of world leading individuals.

·       To those students looking to graduate and gain personal training qualifications. The society would act as a gateway for any interested members to find information and help on the various qualifications there are to be obtained. 

 

 

 

Members being involved in blogs where they can exchange their ideas and experiences of their own training regimes, supplements and diet plans. 

 

 

We hope that our members can become more educated on there own personal fitness. We want to promote healthy living. We want to break down negative stereotypes of healthy eating and going to the gym.

We aim to promote collaborative thinking amongst students, as the answers don’t always lie on the Internet.
