We are open Monday-Friday 10-4pm both in and out of University terms, with the exception of public holidays and occasional training days.

Please ask at reception if you can’t find us or call us on 01509 635 072.

Student Voice can help you with any of the below by helping you to understand the regulations, helping you to draft any letters required, and where possible attending meetings with you. Before contacting us, please ensure that you have read the information that your enquiry relates to below.

Student Voice operates with an open door policy, which means you are always welcome to come see us about anything. Since the Student Consultants are very busy, you can book an appointment, telephone or email us to avoid disappointment. Appointments will normally last no longer than 30 minutes. If you believe that you will require more time than this, please let us know in advance.

Student Voice provides advice in good faith, based on the information available to us. As such students are advised that when contacting us, that they include/attach all relevant information. Students are responsible for their own decisions based on the advice provided.

If you are contacting us, please can you provide us with the following information:

  • Student ID
  • Name of your course
  • Year and mode of study
  • Email address

Please note that when you do contact us for advice we will open a confidential case file for you and record your personal information, details of your enquiry and any advice given. Information such as your course, reason for complaint and so on may be used for statistical purposes only and will not identify you when compiling reports. Your details will be recorded and stored securely.

Personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of the service unless we have your authority; this includes the University.
