This page details how we can help with the complaints process at the University. For any complaints regarding the Students' Union, please click here (unfortunately we cannot assist with these due to being a part of the Union).
Unfortunately, there might be occasions when you are not satisfied with an aspect of the University.
If you are feeling dissatisfied, unfairly treated or if the University has failed to deliver the appropriate standard in some way, please let us know.
We will listen to your concerns and advise you on the next course of action. It could include taking informal action or writing a formal complaint but we will be able to support you with this and the gathering of any evidence. We can also support with preparing complaints to the Office of the Independant Adjudicator.

To do so, please email us with an overview of your enquiry, any documents that are relevant and also your availability. Appointments will normally last no longer than 30 minutes.
