International Day Stand Instructions for LSU:
We will provide you with an allocated space, table and chairs for the activity (if you require power please request this prior to activity)
You must bring a table cloth or something to cover the table with, not only to decorate the table but for health & safety reasons as food should not come into direct contact with the surface of the table
For decorative and health & safety reasons, you must bring a table cloth with you. Food should not come into direct contact with the surface of the table
 - If you are selling food or cakes please provide customers with a bag or napkin to take the food away
 - Only cakes and biscuits can be sold, no cookies as this conflicts with our core business. Donuts may be only be sold when the LSU Fresh Donut stand is not in use
 - You must have relevant and well-presented signage around the table detailing what the country you are representing
 - If you are fundraising for a project with Rag you must have a sealed bucket with you, if not, you will need to collect one from Rag
 - Stands are normally booked in from 10am/11am - 5pm. Stands are not permitted to carry on after this time during evenings and nights at LSU unless you have arranged evening activity with our Venue Dept
 - When you arrive please find your allocated table in Piazza. If you struggle to find it, please go to LSU Reception and ask for Francesca Sepede
 - If you have any queries on the day about the space then please get in touch with the Marketing office via Reception
 - You are not permitted to approach customers sat at Piazza/Cognito tables
 - You must inform asap if you do not require the stall anymore (even if it is the morning of the activity as there will always be other fundraisers waiting for an available space


If you are distributing food as part of your international day activities, you will need to be aware and conform to the relevent  legislation requirements. Please read and comply with the guidelines for allergens and catering advice for charity and    community groups.
