Fees are not charged for holidays when the Nursery is closed, unless they are to be included as part of the three week plus retainer. Students will not be charged for their institution’s official vacation periods, if a month’s written notice is given.
Free Early Educational Entitlement
Free Early Educational Funding (FEEE) – we accept Educational funding that is available to children for the term following their third birthday, and eligible two year olds. The outstanding invoice balance, not covered by FEEE, will be required to be paid by either vouchers, bank transfer or debit card.
Please note: The maximum FEEE hours that can be claimed with us are 6 in any one day.
FEEE only places - our session bands are either 9.00am - 12.00am or 1.00am - 4.00pm and are only available in term time.
The session 9.00am - 4.00pm is not available with FEEE funding.
For absences of three weeks or more, excluding Nursery closures, if you give 12 week notice in writing, you will only need to pay a retainer fee based on the sessions your child usually attends. Please note this option is not available during term time for children claiming NEF (Government Nursery Education Funding) as holidays during funded weeks are discouraged.
If you cannot ensure collecting your child on time please book the next session. Session times will be strictly applied. A lateness fee of £5 per 15 minutes will be charged.
Payment of Fees
Fees are payable one CALENDAR MONTHLY in advance, based on the number of sessions booked within this period and should be paid by the 10th of each month. You can now pay your Invoices by Debit or Credit card either in person or by telephone. There is no charge for Debit Card payments, but as with many other service providers, Credit Card payments will be subject to a 2% surcharge to cover the transaction fees, you can also pay by bank transfer.
We accept child care vouchers as full or part payment of nursery fees if paid by the 10th of the month.
Fees are not charged for holidays when the Nursery is closed, (see current closure dates) unless they are to be included as part of the three week plus retainer. Occasional absences and short holidays other than when the Nursery is closed are payable at full rate.
Students will not be charged for their institution’s official vacation periods, if a month’s written notice is given.

Outstanding Fees Policy
If fees are not paid by the 15th of the month, a reminder will be issued.
If by the 20th of the month full remittance has not been made, a letter is issued, insisting that all outstanding fees are paid within seven days.
Failure to pay fees within these three weeks may result in your child/children being barred from the nursery (funded places can still be accessed).
If a payment plan hasn’t been organised you will be sent a notice of intention that a default summons will be issued. You will then have a further seven days to pay.
If unforeseen circumstances mean delayed payment, it is essential that you see a member of the nursery management team to discuss the situation and work out an immediate payment plan.
