Healthy Living Week 2012
What is it?
Healthy Living Week is now in its fifth year and is continuing to improve and offer more and more. It involves fitness sessions, presentations, and workshops on healthy living as well as taster sessions organised by various Athletic Union clubs.
What’s in it for me?
Incentives such as stash and sports drink products will be on offer to those who attend 3-4, 5-7 and 8+ sessions. In addition to this half price AU club memberships will be offer for semester 2. Last year two students attended over 17 sessions and received a mystery prize for attending the most sessions.

Imago have put on a special menu for the occasion at the EHB. All meals are £3.25 and include a piece of fruit!!
Monday - Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry with Ginger
Tuesday - Chunky Broth with Chunky Bread (Lamb broth flavoured with pearl barley, leek, potato, carrot, turnip & parsley)
Wednesday - Chicken & Seafood Paella
Thursday - Blackbean chilli or Beef Chilli Wrap
Friday - Hot topped Salmon Salad (mixed leaves, chick peas, sun blushed tomatoes, dressed with olive oil, topped with roasted Salmon)
